ESP8266 Weather Station Classic display, is it 5V tolerant?

I would like to use the display from this kit with a 5v Arduino. Is the display 5 volt tolerant on the I2C lines? It appears to have a 3.3 volt regulator on the VCC pin. I understand that it is a 128x64 pixel display.

No, you will need to use a level-shifter.
