Update Data by City-ID

Question

Is it possible to change the request at Weathermap  and  use for location  City-ID  and not the location String like "Zurich, CH"   I live in a small town  and  there a two cities in Weathermap with the same name there i have to use City-ID to get the right information.

1. upgrade the weather station library in Arduino IDE to 1.6.1
2. get the latest app code from GitHub
