Defective display :-(

Question

Today my Squix display kit arrived (yay!) But the display is defective (Meh). Seems 2/3 of the rows on the right side are not working. What can I do now? :(

It looks as if we got a bad batch from e-ink manufacturer. I sent you an email suggesting how to proceed.
