After programming again (deleted by mistake) no wifi connection.. examples in 8266wifi library work..

Question

Hi all.

I was forced to upload again the sketch (programmed with another one after choosing the wrong Com port ), and now it does not connect anymore to wifi: it tries , but no connection. Changed the esp8266 and tried a different wifi, no good.

The esp8266wifi library examples work, so it seems a problem of this particular sketch. 

Is anyone else finding this issue?

Solved after github suggestion:

The HOSTNAME is now 32 chars after they added -color to it. Remove at least 1 char from the HOSTNAME in settings.h and it will connect.
