Is there anything that I can do to reduce the light on ssd1306 by time,

during from 22.00 to 06.00 and then at day time full brigthness again.

Because it is to bright during the night.

Check out the API of our display library: https://github.com/ThingPulse/esp8266-oled-ssd1306setContrast() should give you what you need.
